# Collapsible Tree

## What is a collapsible tree?

A collapsible taxonomic tree allows you to collapse or expand nodes as needed.

## Why use a collapsible tree?

This can be useful for figures that show strains or species of interest while hiding those that may be less meaningful or just for viewing the relatedness of the organisms found in your sample.

Click on nodes to collapse them or expand them

## Exporting

To export your tree, click on "Export" in the top right corner of your browser and select "PNG" or "SVG".
