CHAMP Taxonomic Database includes 6809 species (bacteria, fungi, metazoa).

## Kepler Host-Agnostic Microbiome Profiler Species List

Kepler Taxonomic Database includes 30,204 species (bacteria, archaea, viruses, protists). This list can also be queried using the "DB Info" option in the main sidebar menu
