Downloading Raw FASTQ Files

Raw data files can be downloaded via URLs or via the terminal (with preformatted commands).Data files are only available for download for 30 days after delivery, after which they are archived. A data restoration fee applied to migrate out of cold storage.

Download your taxonomic and functional data matricies via the Cosmos-Hub.Profiling data and comparatives are maintained in subscription accounts.
