After submitting samples for comparative analysis you will see your results. If you would like to view previous results, click on the comparative analysis icon and select the results of interest.

Changing the Scale

Sometimes it is difficult to discriminate low abundance calls if you have some results that are at a very low abundance and some that are high abundance. In order to better distinguish between low abundance calls, we provide an option to switch between normal and log scaled values when viewing your data. At the top of the Comparative Analysis, next to the taxonomy switcher, you can select ”Yes” or “No” in the “Log Scale” pulldown menu.

Changing the Display or Cohort Names

Sometimes it is necessary to change the names for a sample or a cohort displayed after the comparative analysis has completed. This is possible by clicking the cogwheel shaped button at the top of the comparative analysis page.

Sample names can be changed under the “Display Names” tab, and cohort names can be changed under the “Cohorts” tab.

Please note that at this point these changes are not permanently saved and will be lost when you refresh your browser. Make sure to export images and data before closing or refreshing your browser tab
