Find your microbe of interest in a CosmosID GenBook™ database. Database search is located on the left hand side vertical navigation bar.

The database search allows querying at both genus and species level. Furthermore, the database query also displays the number of strains available for both the genus and the species level search.
Entering your query will produce the top 2 results followed by the tax id.
